The Performing Arts School at bergenPAC Will Switch to Online Instruction

The Performing Arts School at bergenPAC’s (“PAS”) highest priority is to protect the health and well-being of our students and staff. Therefore, consistent with the directive of Bergen County Executive James Tedesco to close all 75 Bergen County public schools, PAS will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 13 until further notice. While we have taken substantial sanitizing measures to minimize risk in our facilities and there are no known cases of COVID 19 at the School, we want to take an abundance of caution at this time to best protect the well-being of our students and staff.

Depending on the length of the closure, we will further update parents on how we will handle the classes currently in progress. We plan to have online instruction and will send out information on how to access that soon.

We appreciate your patience as we all deal with these extraordinary circumstances. As we continue to monitor the situation and consult with county and state health authorities to determine when we may safely reopen, we will keep you updated. In the meantime, please be safe.
