Fees

Below you will find the base license rental fees for bergenPAC. Please note, there are various mandatory charges associated with each rental fee based on the needs of your event. Please contact Jaimie Smith (jsmith@bergenpac.org) for more information.

Monday-Wednesday
• $4,000 (Nonprofit)
• $5,000 (Commercial)

Thursday - Sunday
• $5,000 (Nonprofit)
• $6,500 (Commerical)

Holiday Dates
• $8,000 (Regardless of the day of the week or non-profit status)

Rent includes use of the mainstage theater and lobby* (Murray Lobby, and Spotlight Cabaret Extended Lobby), as well as a website listing and placement on the marquee 1 week prior to the show.

*Use of the lobby areas during a mainstage theater rental include standard functions such as ticketing, merchandise, and concessions. Additional functions such as a post/pre-show reception are subject to additional charges.

Proof of nonprofit status must be presented to bergenPAC in order to qualify for the nonprofit rate.

Rates are for one standard length event or performance on one day, maximum 3 hours. Each additional event or performance on the same day is 50% of the rental license fee only.  There is an additional $850 per hour for any event over 3 hours.

Payment terms:
Desposit: 50% of the total estimated costs with signed contract
Balance: Due 1 month prior to the event date

Artist Sells: 75/25 soft merch; 90/10 recorded

bergenPAC Sells: 65/35 soft merch; 90/10 recorded + $100 per seller fee on top

The Legends Lounge is a private room located off of the Murray Lobby. The Legends Lounge includes a private bathroom and bar.

• Capacity: 52 (standing), 37 (chairs only), 17 (tables and chairs).
• Fee: $500 per day

The Spotlight Cabaret is the extended area of the main lobby (Murray Lobby) and includes a bar. If renting the mainstage theater, the cost of the Spotlight Cabaret is included in the fee.

• Capacity: 72 (standing), 51 (chairs only), 24 (tables and chairs).
• Fee: $1,000 per day

The Murray Lobby is the main lobby area of the theater and includes a bar. If renting the mainstage theater, the cost of the Murray Lobby is included in the fee. 

• Capacity: 232 (standing), 165 (chairs only), 77 (tables and chairs)
• Fee: $1,000 per day

Sandy Bennett Gallery is located in the balcony of theater and includes a bar. If renting the mainstage theater, the cost of the Sandy Bennett Gallery is included in the fee.

• Capacity: 96 (standing), 68 (chairs only), 32 (tables and chairs).
• Fee: $500 per day

This open studio space is located backstage of the theater above the dressing rooms.

• Capacity: 196 (standing), 140 (chairs only), 65 (tables and chairs).
• Fee: $500 per day
